Dear Parents and Carers,
Another term has flown by at North Town! It really has been an enjoyable term. I look back on lots of memorable moments throughout the term. When we return, our year 6 children will have one term left at North Town, we have so much organised for them to have the best send off possible and hope they have a memorable final term at North Town. Our Pippins children will have one term before they have completed their first year at the school – the year is racing!
We are delighted to know that we have 60 children coming to North Town in September and as I type we only have two spaces in the entire school and have waiting lists in some year groups!
I wish you all a very happy Easter and some well-deserved time with family and friends and I very much look forward to opening the gates to 430 excited children on Monday 15th April.

PE
Thank you for the number of comments regarding our switch to allowing the children to wear their PE kit to school on their PE days. We feel this will have a positive impact at the school.
We filmed a PE promotional video at North Town last week and we are very much looking forward to this being on our website early in the summer term. It was a reminder to me on the rich diet of sport we offer at North Town and the importance to provide these opportunities.
School Uniform
Just a reminder that we have the summer school uniform policy below:
For the summer
Warm Weather Options (Between April and October at parents’ discretion)
Green & white gingham dress
Grey shorts
White short sleeved shirt (NOT polo shirts)
No tie in warm weather at the discretion of the Head/Senior Leadership
Boots and trainers must not be worn with school uniform.
Accessories
Hair ties and accessories should be green, grey, white or black.
Jewellery other than plain ear studs, make up, and temporary tattoos are not permitted.
Parental Support
I was really touched to receive a message from a parent offering to support with fundraising by asking the company he works for to match fund. It was a reminder to me the huge challenges all sectors face and also how lucky we are to have the community that we have at North Town. Without your support and financial contributions, there would be far less opportunities. Your kindness and support means a lot!
