The Book Trust. The book trust are good for recommendation in the 0-5 category but also do an annual guide of the best new books if you want to keep up to date with recently published books

School Reading Lists. Their lists are quite targeted. If you play around with the site you can find books recommended for each year.

The good reads lists are by categories rather than age. They contain a lot of books but have a star rating from the readers so useful to look at the ones that are most liked.

The bookshop.org site has a random list of categories but they have the advantage of being quite short and targeted.
