Friday 27th February 2026
Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you all had a really enjoyable half-term with your families and friends. It has been great to be back and was brilliant seeing many of you at our spring term parents evening on Tuesday evening. Just a reminder that we have our second parents evening on Thursday 5th March. Can I please ask parents and carers to ensure that they have contacted the school if they are no longer able to make the appointment time.
Have a smashing weekend!
Best wishes
Mr Braund
Mrs Daymond
Just a reminder that Mrs Daymond will be going on maternity leave at the end of the spring term. We have appointed Grace Davey to cover Mrs Daymond’s class for the rest of the academic year.
Mrs Wallwork
Mrs Wallwork will be leaving North Town at the end of the spring term. She has some very exciting news that she is expecting her second baby and has decided to leave her role as a teacher so that she can focus solely on her family. We are all delighted for Mrs Wallwork and look forward to hearing the wonderful news of the safe arrival of Baby Wallwork. We are currently advertising for a teacher to work alongside Mrs Holmes.
Mrs Duley – Parent and Family Support Advisor
I just wanted to inform you that Mrs Duley will be retiring on Thursday 30th April after many years of being North Town’s PFSA. We all wish Mrs Duley, a happy, healthy and well-deserved retirement and thank her for her commitment and dedication to the school. We are in the process of advertising for a new PFSA and hope to have some news in the coming weeks.
