A huge thank you to the North Town PTA for making events like this possible.

Sports at North Town
We have had a busy week of events at North Town this week. On Monday, a group of footballers took part in the area finals, which Laurence has done a write up for below. Yesterday we had a group of KS2 children take part in a Richard Huish Trust Cross Country event at Lyngford Park Primary School. It was a well-run event with lots of children representing the school brilliantly and testing themselves on a muddy course. We also had 8 Y5/6’s go to the Blackbrook Pavilion for a fun dodgeball event, all taking part brilliantly and giving it their all. Thank you to Miss Causley, Miss Chalcroft, Mrs Ford and Miss Clifton for helping with these events.
On Monday night, North Town did a football tournament, and it was amazing. We played Staplegrove, Bishop Henderson, Parkfield, Thurlbear and Nerrols, we won 2 games, drew 2 and lost 1. This meant we came third which was heartbreaking because we wanted to finish top 2. However, we all played well so we should be proud of ourselves.
